Black Beans with "Chicharron"
PREPARATION
Soak beans in water overnight to soften. Drain and with new fresh water cook, adding onion, garlic and salt. When they are soft, add the chicharron, chile and epazote. Boil until the chicharron becomes soft.
The traditional white rice will always be a nice complement to your main dish. Subtle but delicious.
