Quesadillas
PREPARATION
In a flat pan warm a little bit one corn tortilla enough to fold it, place a spoonful of the cheese fold in half and set aside. On a deep pan put the vegetable oil enough to cover the quesadillas and put on medium high. Take one quesadilla and place it gently on the hot oil until light brown. Serve over the lettuce leaves and the diced tomato as garnish.
A very traditional Poblano dish, a great appetizer that has the best of the Mexican flavors.
